The nurse was nice and professional. She did her job well and listened to me with care. She was patient as I had my husband and daughter with me. I really appreciated her willingness to help and listen to me.
My last name could be someone's first name which makes it very difficult to sign in on the computer. I suggest having a button saying keep it the same way along with swapping button so that someone such as myself could continue checking in. Right now the swap button is only allowed and it will not allow me to continue to check in therefore I have to use the phone every single time which is annoying.
