Went in for help with an issue I have been having for over a year. It shows in their very own pamphlet they offer treatment for the issue. I was hopeful thinking maybe this time I will be heard and helped. After my vitals and a few questions, I waited in the room to be seen. The NP that walked in did not introduce herself nor examine me. No questions for me at all. She went off the notes from the kind young man during my vitals. I am genuinely DISAPPOINTED in this clinic! The reception staff is highly unprofessional when it comes to answering the phone. They are extremely impatient and rude. I work in the medical field myself and we are taught the importance of bed side manner and this clinic has no knowledge of the significance of this. I highly recommend retraining for the entire staff to learn how to speak to patients. Just because the clinic depends on charity does not mean it has a right to treat people who can't afford insurance as a lesser. W... read more
First appointment was given same day and it went great! They are very understanding doctors and right away created a treatment plan for us.
Called to ask if they could help me with some paperwork. They said no because you need to be an established patient. OK no problem how do I do that? We can't help you. Thats what she said! Im trying to ESTABLISH care.
