First appointment was given same day and it went great! They are very understanding doctors and right away created a treatment plan for us.
Called to ask if they could help me with some paperwork. They said no because you need to be an established patient. OK no problem how do I do that? We can't help you. Thats what she said! Im trying to ESTABLISH care.
Mary at the front desk is very very rude and has always treated me in my family terribly. My husband need to diabetic medicine and she kept us waiting for three months because she threw the paperwork away. This was what she told me. She’s very rude and for a Christian and medical facility, they should not be acting like this.
Every time I call recpetion answers and never says anything but you hear them typing! I'll be saying hello? And they just hang up. People need health care and your going to hang up? That's just sorry. Haven't even gone here yet and because of this I'm thinking of finding help from people who actually care about their patients.
