We have been doing business with Community Chrysler Dodge for a while now. We have been very pleased with salesman Kris M. and the service department, as well. Our recent warranty work was completed in a very timely manner and 100% to our satisfaction.
Joslyn was fantastic! I responded to an ad on Facebook about a vehicle. She had excellent customer service skills, answered all my questions, and worked harder than I expected to get me in to Bloomington to look it over. I decided not to purchase that vehicle, but did look at other vehicles on site. In an age of poor to no customer service, Joslyn was a reminder that it does still exist. Booked a 10 AM diagnostic appointment after being told they had the right tech who was "really good" at diagnosing electrical issues. Dropped my car off in the morning—no updates all day. (They told me they would call me later in the day.) Stopped by before closing, and they hadn’t even looked at it.
