Would leave negative stars if I could . Bought a brand new truck , had a warranty issue with the engine , and they did everything they could to get out of the warranty - got it fixed at another dealer no problems. This dealer is crooked

I owned a 2014 Wrangler and my wife has a 2014 Grand Cherokee; we're actually quite happy with both. But Jeep upped the game with dozens of improvements in the 2019 Wrangler model and it's new color choices sealed the deal. Except I wanted a few features that Community (and no other dealerships) had. Our sales contact, Kris, as well as the management team, did an absolutely excellent job in providing us with a fast, simple and very quick transaction. Had a skid plate installed on truck by service department. There are four bolts that attach it to frame. 2 of the bolts were only finger tight, and the other two were barely threaded in. If the "service techs" cannot properly install a skid plate that has only four bolts, how are they going to be able to fix anything else more complicated? Hope and pray you don't have to get any major work done in the service department, because at least you know it will be done wrong or with 20% effort.
Well I got the jeep death wobble. Asked how they were going to fix it they said use same part, so I asked if I could get a different vehicle and of course after 2 months my jeep lost near 10k in value apparently, no loaner cars available when I called twice. Was told I could use the warranty anywhere and that’s not true. So I’d advise not shopping at this place. Probably the worst car buying experience for me to date. Very little help. They sold me a lemon at 13kmiles. Jeep=junk
