Bad business practices. I'm sure Dr Lopez is a great Dr, but I never go to find out. Their app was not working and I could not load my insurance cards 24 hours before my first appt. Not only was I turned away but they charged me $135. Get this, I received a text before I even got to my vehicle from a "collection agency" with link to pay or I would be subject to collection. Needless to say I regret calling Community Chiropractic Group, I paid the penalty but hope that this will help others from not being taken advantage of.
Dr Ciara is nothing short of phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does! She’s kind and caring and “has the touch” unlike many chiropractors do. She really listens to your body and your needs and adjusts accordingly. I adore her and am so thankful we found her for our new family chiropractor! From my 2 week old, 5 year old, and 10 year old, she adjusts us all
I always feel so comfortable with Dr. Lopez. It's warm and inviting. Super friendly staff, and can feel the difference in my back.
My attorney sent me to this chiropractor. He's been really great for me and my family seems to be the only one looking out for what's best for us
