The nurse, Michelle, was so kind, compassionate, and personable. The NP, Shannon O’Meara, spent the appropriate amount of time with my dad and his wife, answering all their questions, and providing information. It was a great experience even though there are still pending results we felt relieved knowing that Shannon will be on top of it.
