I had an appointment today at 10:30am they did call me and leave voicemail but I did not see before going into the appointment. They claimed I was double booked but waited 40 minutes in the waiting room before they told me my appointment was canceled. I really needed help and they couldn’t get me another appointment until 2 weeks from now. I will not be going back.

DWIC sent me here for care, this group of healthcare workers struggle with simple things like data entry and being courteous to people seeking assistance. They canceled my appointment with my caseworker without explanation because they finally figured out I didn't have insurance. They will collect funds for your initial visit and then kick you to the curb.Avoid this organization, they're a money pit with little accountability. leonard field did my intake and scheduled 4 appointments for me. he scheduled 3 of the 4 incorrectly. one was online where he told me it was in person. another was scheduled on MLK jr day, and i had to schedule that another week out. that same appointment was switched from online to in person without my knowledge. when i called to change it back, they refused to switch it “same day.” every single person i’ve spoken to on the phone or at the front desk has the nastiest attitude i’ve ever dealt with at a doctor’s office. it’s ... read more
