Receptionist Kim extremely unpleasant over the phone. Should not be working in behavioral health if that’s her attitude. Letting my therapist know NOT to refer any other patients to you guys.
Although, my family worked with South Bay many times before I find now services are horrible. TM services stopped without a new
size you up and they give you the look like they're better than you and your problem and when you're a person that wants to move on from the problem that's the worst place because of the fact that they keep bringing up the fact after multiple times saying I want to move on I told them I just needed someone to talk to to vent.
