I LOVE this pharmacy. They make you feel like an individual and not just a member of a herd like Walmart, Walgreens and Target. My prescriptions are always filled in a couple hours, and there is never any mess ups. I was dealing with a mess up every time I went to Highland Village Walmart and their staff acts put out that they actually have to wait on you! I will forever use this pharmacy! They take customer service to a whole knew level!
One of the pharmacists was incredibly rude, talked over top of me and would never let me finish a sentence much less a complete thought. Instead of helping to solve his insurance payment issue he just got nasty with me. Told me to contact my insurance myself and get it fixed or he would charge me $20 more than my copay the next month. If you have another choice for pharmacy on your insurance please take it. I won't be going back to a place that doesn't value its customers or speaks to them like a piece of trash.
