Very thankful I transferred my care here last year. Previous experience: As my health was declining I was being seen by a very large Albany medical practice and I would have to submit into the patient portal, have an RN call me back - RN talks to DR - DR has RN call me back then I have another question and the cycle starts all over again and I get answers 2 days later. Receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful (The ones working on 1/14 during the morning). If you are 5 minutes late they will not get you in and out of will be treated with little to no respect. Find somewhere else for your doctors appointments.

I should have switched healthcare providers when my newborn was given a flu shot instead of her hepatitis shot by mistake. This place has gone down hill. Now I can’t even get a prescription sent in to the pharmacy after calling the office multiple times when the pharmacy stated they never received anything from community care. We will be switching providers this time because of this delayed patient care.

I have gone to Mary twice now for my yearly physical. Each time she has been extremely friendly, attentive and easy to talk to. She listens and explains things to you in a manner that is respectful and makes sense. I have not always had the best experiences at providers offices but I am always leaving there satisfied with the outcome.I recommend her highly as a PCP.
