Dr. Pai was great and the nurse working with him Jennifer was great as well. I was super anxious about the procedure and they distracted me and talked me through the whole thing.
Received a message to schedule surgery. Called twice and waited for over 10 minutes just to be disconnected. Great way to assist your patients.
Compassionate and so kind. Dr Pai and his entire staff, including the receptionist!
I seen Dr Pai to get a lump removed and he was absolutely amazing. Made you feel very comfortable, and is overall just an amazing doctor. The nurse along with him was amazing too. 10/10 would recommend.
Told to come in 1/2 hour before my 10am appointment. I was the second person to arrive. Only to wait 1-1/2 hours and then told to come back at 2:45. Totally unacceptable
