Called, on hold for 10 minutes, a woman answered & didn't tell me she was putting me on hold again; the call was transferred to a recording to choose from. I clicked the correct area for appointments and was on hold again until it suddenly disconnected. The practice has grown too big, and the (mostly) women scheduling can't keep up or be polite anymore. I'm looking for a new practice; my doc is also rushing through appts now.

Dr. Pai was great and the nurse working with him Jennifer was great as well. I was super anxious about the procedure and they distracted me and talked me through the whole thing.

Received a message to schedule surgery. Called twice and waited for over 10 minutes just to be disconnected. Great way to assist your patients.

1 star because 0 isn't an option. If you want a surgeon that will tell you your questions don't matter and doesn't care if he causes you pain, then Pai is for you! He is dismissive, rude, aggressive, and couldn't have cared any less about my concerns before my procedure. If you need to be cut open, go see a REAL surgeon not this butcher.
