1 star because 0 isn't an option. If you want a surgeon that will tell you your questions don't matter and doesn't care if he causes you pain, then Pai is for you! He is dismissive, rude, aggressive, and couldn't have cared any less about my concerns before my procedure. If you need to be cut open, go see a REAL surgeon not this butcher.
Compassionate and so kind. Dr Pai and his entire staff, including the receptionist!
I seen Dr Pai to get a lump removed and he was absolutely amazing. Made you feel very comfortable, and is overall just an amazing doctor. The nurse along with him was amazing too. 10/10 would recommend.
Told to come in 1/2 hour before my 10am appointment. I was the second person to arrive. Only to wait 1-1/2 hours and then told to come back at 2:45. Totally unacceptable
I have called this practice no fewer than a dozen times in the past three plus months. Each time, I am placed on a never ending hold (20+ minutes). Once, I finally got through to a human, who promptly told me they are scheduling out several months out but that they were unable to make an appointment for me and I had to call back in two weeks.
