irresponsible and does not care about patient. Last week, I experienced some flu like symptoms, took a covid test, which come out negative. But I still experienced bad cough so I wish to make an appointment to make sure nothing serious. Upon hearing my flu like symptoms, the clinic refused to make an in-person appointment even I told them my PCR test is negative for covid, they only agree to give online video check up which is not helpful, just let me rest and treat symptoms.
