Absolutely terrible. I received an appointment reminder and then..no show. I called and they could not find a record of the appointment. I gave name, time of appointment and their own reference number. They had no record. At least wheelchair taxis can be trusted.
I used to recommend the transportation service to everyone who needs a ride and didn't have a family member or friend to take them. After trying to use it myself it is absolutely NOT reliable. I had an appointment January 29th, 2025. I filled out a self referral on December 6th, 2024, spoke to someone and provided them full information of everything they needed December 6th. There’s no need for your (non-EV) vehicles to improperly park in designated EV charging spots.
I had booked for specialized transportation for my father, twice, and both bookings were cancelled! At least they notified me almost 2wks in advance. Their excuse was, “they don’t have enough vans” and “no drivers are available for that day”. But I had booked 3-4weeks prior. 🤷🏻♀️
