Cheap insurance but the Owner Cathy, Manager Deborah and another girl that work in the office are EXTREMELY rude! Deborah was appalled that I called her to ask her to help the physical therapist's billing company with technical support so they could get paid. She said she didn't know how the call got to her. This was after several attempts the billing company had made working with their "Portal" and emails back and forth to her for help. Went down hill when cca health took over reliance health. Went from having no co-pay at all to 20% of the cost of the visit. If you really need to go to the doctor often choose someone else for your coverage. Fast forward a year and Now they’ve left the Medicare/medicaid dual enrollment. Not sure if they even exist anymore. The lack of care, empathy and drive to help customers Should have taken them out of business when cca took over.
