I always had good EMTs that helps me until the other day when the one named Eric t who wrote with Hunter literally got in my face and screaming when I asked him to hook my oxygen back up like it was supposed to be there's no reason for him to talk to patients the way he did he should be fired immediately and he smelled like garlic horribly. Hard to get scheduled for very important appointments for my friend who had heart surgeries and foot surgery. Needs transported to Cleveland clinic main campus for appointments. Run late for pickup, and won't stay for more than 1 appointment. He has missed important doctors appointments because of this. I do want to put in a big thank you to Jaime and Alex. The paramedics were awesome and very nice Had to be transported Feb 12 and they were great even though we have problems with the elevator at Housing
If you can avoid using Community Care do it! For the second time in the last three weeks my 85 year old mother was scheduled for a procedure at ACMC. Both times they were over 1 hr and 30 minutes late picking her up pushing back her procedures to when they could fit her in. After fasting for 24 hrs the last thing my diabetic mother needed was for her appointment to be pushed back! Its is rare when we use their services not to have some kind of issue!
