This was one of the most unprofessional experiences we’ve had at a medical office. My mom and I arrived at 6:50 p.m. for her scheduled appointment and remained in the waiting room until approximately 8:40 p.m. During that time, a nurse checked us in, confirmed who my mom was seeing, and spoke with us multiple times, so there was no question that we were present. I had an i.v. Infusion here and the Nurse I saw during my first appointment was excellent. No issues at all. Very particular, knowledgeable and confident. The second time I came here I was attended by a Nurse who I thought must be experienced as she seemed older than the rest. She asked me if it went well the last time … n I said Yes! They started with the lowest dose n increased slowly so it went well. I have been getting wound care treatments for a few weeks and the team here is AMAZING! Every nurse has been caring and great. They are always running on time and the front desk staff is very friendly.
