This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. They told me to wait in my car for an hour. Ok an hour? Yes we will call you when we are ready for you to come in. Two hours later they finally brought me into the waiting room. Another ten minutes. Finally get me back into a room. Another twenty minutes went by and I gave up on seeing a Doctor and just left. The billing is always a disaster, long waits,providers not listening and misdiagnosed causing horrible problems. So much better places to go.

Really appreciate Dr Derrick . Been coming here for years for my children and now myself yesterday . He knows his stuff! He really shows he cares and isn’t in a rush!
We have been using community care for years with no trouble but on our last visit we were told it would be 1-1 1/2 hour wait. There was only one other person in the waiting area when we arrived and it still took an hour to get us back. There is no reason for being this slow it’s nearly as bad as the ER!
waited over 2/12 hours to be seen! this place is a joke! I was about to walk out!
Terrible experience. From the serious wait without it being busy to having to go back because they didn’t write a date on my prescription. Not to mention when I finally got back to the pharmacy to get it filled for the second time there was a couple that had the exact same thing happen to them. I’ll drive to the Idaho falls locations when I need to go in the future. Get it together!
