Community care Urgent Care and Injury Center has been in business for over 7 & 1/2 years. It was started in December of 1996 by four local physicians who had a vision of a walk-in medical facility with a short waiting period and a friendly staff. In August of 1999 they opened their second doors with a facility in Rexburg. With both facilities receiving such an excellent response from the public, our Rigby location soon followed in April 2003. I have always been pleased with the service and staff. They are quick, too. Never have had an issue. Clean atmosphere.
The place reeks like fish sooo bad (both times ive gone) and they don't even have a fish tank! The staff, including the doctors, are RUDE, CARELESS, & LAZY.
NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY AND RUDE! COMMUNTIY CARE ON UTAH Went to community Care today on Utah. I have never felt treated so badly. I felt like the only nurse that even saw me, was not only rude, but acted as if she had absolutely no compassion. I went in with probably anxiety attacks, or a side effect from a medicine I was on. Well, I never even got a chance to discuss the medicine. I never even got to see a Dr. She took my blood pressure, it was slightly high. She told me I had to go to the hospital for a work-up.
