I liked the people, liked the service!! Outside & inside was cleaned well. No complaints!! No one else like them in this town!! I

Nothing positive to say. Manager/Owner was very rude and unprofessional when issue was brought to his attention. I do not recommend them and will not give them anymore of my business and would suggest anyone who values their vehicles appearance avoid their services as well.
The man Jeff that works here has the worst attitude if you have a problem at all. He was very aloof and does not care once he had his money and you notice the problem. Did not fix the issue that wasn't there before we took our vehicle or refund our money. I will tell every person I know to never go here. It seems like with the Snappy on Clemson Blvd and one coming on Hwy 81 he would try to do his best to keep customers that have come before but I guess not.
I went as I did many different times to get a car wash. When the car was finished the wrems were completely filthy!!! I really had no problem with taking the paper and cleaning them myself. When I went to speak with Jeff he informed me that I have pits in my wrems. Then I informed him that the whole rim was dirty to which he stated "I'm not going to argue with you and walked off. Obviously! Seriously, I stopped going to full service washes after I moved here to Lynchburg, VA. The quality and effort Perx puts into their product is second to none.
