EDIT: response to dealership: Yes, the vehicle has high mileage — but that doesn’t excuse misrepresentation, poor preparation, or dishonesty. I flew in from out of state based on your team’s word, the inspection report you provided, and the representations made by your salesperson. I did get the vehicle inspected before purchase — but the shop I used was located close to the dealership and seemed familiar with the salesperson, which now makes me question the objectivity of their assessment. While traveling from out of state, we incurred mechanical issues with our vehicle. Service got us in within 5 mins of arrival and thoroughly checked our car out and washed it upon return. Visited with salesman and front desk gal while waiting, who were so friendly and helpful as well. Wonderful staff and experience!
