Terrible customer service. New car with 1600 miles transmission went out. Nobody seems to care. No loner available and did not know a time frame on getting car fixed after having it towed in.

Worked with Dalton, Maverick, John Paul, and Luke from out of state to get an amazing deal on an EV. The entire team at Community Cadillac is stellar - especially as someone who's had to deal with the cesspool that is buying/leasing a vehicle in South Florida. EDIT: response to dealership: Yes, the vehicle has high mileage — but that doesn’t excuse misrepresentation, poor preparation, or dishonesty. I flew in from out of state based on your team’s word, the inspection report you provided, and the representations made by your salesperson. I did get the vehicle inspected before purchase — but the shop I used was located close to the dealership and seemed familiar with the salesperson, which now makes me question the objectivity of their assessment.
