We had 2 different appointments set for a salesman to meet with us for siding and windows. Both times we received a call 45 minutes before appointment time cancelling. We will not be making another appointment and I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Salesman came out measured windows gave us a price and said it would take 2 weeks for Windows to come in and about 2 more for installation, that was in September "it took a month for them to send another guy to do the final measurements to even get the windows ordered" it's late December and still no windows. I don't want the windows anymore, I'd rather find someone honest and local that will do what they say in a reasonable time frame. I'll be canceling their services tomorrow morning.
I love work in there been good with good peoples
I love my windows but I'm really disappointed in their service. I've been trying for over 3 months to get a work order processed and can't get anyone to call me back.
