My family member needed help and this staff is literally a joke. No empathy. Zero professionalism. Lack of knowledge. Do not waste your time at this place. Whoever is running this place do better! Your staff have zero people skills. Disappointed and disgusted.
WARNING. A TRUE SNAKE PIT. DO NOT LET YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS ADULT GO HERE. 0 out of 5. HORRIBLE. This is inappropriate and unexceptable for dissabled special needs. Extremely negligent. Be careful because a critical prescription we gave them with the patient disappeared without explanation. Lack of communication. A complete failure.
