These people did not properly discharge my mom. She was not given appropriate paperwork at discharge. And they are not filling her meds because theyre claiming she had a follow up appointment. She knew nothing about this appointment because she was not given the appropriate paperwork. She literally had to beg for it. If you are going to employ former patients, please train them appropriately. You are legally obligated to provide adequate discharge paperwork and your staff barely knows how to work the printer. Its disturbing ... read more

I had a very upsetting experience with this facility. I was told during my stay that people typically do not receive a bill, but later my insurance showed multiple denied claims totaling thousands of dollars. Trying to get clear answers afterward has been extremely stressful and difficult, especially while already dealing with a mental health crisis and preparing for surgery. Patients in vulnerable situations deserve accurate information, transparency, and clear communication about billing.

Even the police speak badly of this place and that really says something. They need to be shut down. They're not here to help people. Waste of tax dollars and resources. Patients deserve better than this. The community should come together and go through the process of having this place permanently closed down.

Some how work there are angels....BUT.... I saw a couple nurse ratchets there as well. This place is hell on earth. I had no idea it was this bad. Tracy and a couple others made great efforts to get me home. I have nothing but praised for them...BUT....Something HAS to done about the nurse ratchets!!!!
