Amazingly kind staff first time I ever donated and don’t have great veins Karen V. Got it on the first try and really made sure to find the right vein before trying. Super informative
While the people are nice, it's important to save lives I understand. Then you go for the first time it's kind of great, but then. The phone calls start.. At one point I was getting 5 calls a day. I told them when I can come I will. That is not good enough. I have responsibilities to my job and family. Then don't understand this. It's like all they want you to do is donate and nothing else. The process is easy. Answer questions, they take your blood pressure, temperature to ensure you can donate. They are very attentive during the process and make you comfortable. The best part is the snacks and food. Overall pleasant experience. Would donate again at this place. They are on critical shortage of platelets
