I don't do well with blood to begin with, I am open and honest about that. Ellie took it with a grain of salt and a giggle but when I when pale as a sheet and dizzy in my head she went straight into action and did everything she professionally and personally could for me to make me conformable and feel better. All the ladies made sure I was taken care of and made sure this usually uncomfortable and very tense situation, a very nice and easy one. Thank you ladies but thank you especially to my phlobotomist Ellie!!

I remember I was so excited to donate blood for the first time I finally decided this is something I want to do..... I was all dressed up really cute too..... not for the blood just for the mall shopping trip...... and the lady came up was extremely rude. It was clear that she's very insecure and probably treats women that look better than her badly on a regular basis.
