Appt today at 2:30 I arrived at around 2:06 Waiting room was empty as I waited I forgot to add a pharmacy stop on the way home so I called my insurance company. A lady came out at 2:21 and I asked her if she couldnt wait a lil because I was on a important call. She huffed and puffed so I got up to follow her in the back she said step on the scale. I was scheduled an appointment today at 8am. The receptionist told me that the first appointment must be in person. I received probably five text messages and emails asking me to confirm my appointment, which I did. I got to the office 15 minutes early as advised- the office was closed. I waited a bit and then called the office. The recording advised that the office was only doing virtual visits from December 26th-30th. My experience with CBHC was deeply disappointing. I applied for a bilingual case manager role, completed shadowing, and provided professional documentation—yet was abruptly denied after I raised legitimate concerns. The leadership’s handling of the situation was dismissive and defensive, showing no accountability or respect for professional communication. I would urge future applicants to document everything and be aware of how complaints are handled internally.
