Super nice staff and service. Medication is always sent on time, therapist is always humble and listening and the psychiatrists are highly skilled.
My two kids were coming here for two years and got amazing care from doctor Ebbets. Two years later I get a bill in the mail of services my kids have gotten and many they have not gotten asking me to pay the bill in full. I called billing many many times and no one accepted to talk to me. This organization is fraudulently billing my kids for services they did not receive. Wonder what they are doing for everyone else.
DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Sushma Jani is the worst doctor I have ever met for SO many reasons. She lied all over my medical records, stating I never tried her suggestions when in reality, she never once asked me if I did or not. She also lied about the reason I was discharged, to be spiteful and not take any accountability. She never had any idea what medications I was currently taking (prescribed by her) and I had to inform her every appt. Very Unprofessional!! They say 1 thing & do completely different!! AVOID IF YOU REALLY NEED HELP.
