So many hurdles to jump through, very inflexible in schedule and demands seem suspicious. Unprofessional but nice staff. I'd not recommend this if you're here for basic help, absolutely meant and built for drug addict recovery.
Unprofessional does not begin to capture how dirty this clinic has done me. The billing team is non-existant and only bills when they feel like it. I have not been a patient of this facility for going on 6 months, and yet I have claims hitting my insurance as late as a few weeks ago. Every attempt to contact and pay for my services has been useless as I call the billing extension, pass messages up through the front office, etc. Nothing. Horrible people, don't return calls, one appt. no followup, nothing. Who runs this place? Had Appt. with Tina Carter one time, no followup, Called Amber Peter many times, no response from her either. Stay away from this group, they are fraudulent
