We are new to area and went there to get established for my health care. Appeared to be small facility with few services. Big thing was, they are not taking on new patients. I have to ether try Rockford,much further, or go back to LaSalle, even further.

Primary Doctor BOSWELL and nursing staff BLUE TEAM are absolutely incompetent. Better pray you don’t need attention in less than a complete business day. Cannot multitask. Cannot complete simple tasks with accuracy. Do not answer calls throughout the day, nor return calls until end of shift. Medication refill requests are consistently messed up or delayed. If you point this out to them, you are met with attitude. My advice: get care in the community. You should not have to explain to your doctor/nurse how to do their job. EX... read more
