Matti and the nice counter guy with the cool hair helped Skadi feel welcome and comfortable and tended to her weird Shepherd quirks! 100% reccommend! Miss the coffee shop in the grooming salon!
Such an amazing staff. This was my first visit with my little buddy and everything was well explained and relaxed. I was able to take my time and get my puppers nice and clean and dry. I'll definitely be back

They were super awesome! I took my retired greyhound racer to get her first bath with us today. They were amazing on making sure she was comfortable and not stressed out. As a fur momma I was super worried about how my dog was gonna react during her bath. She did awesome because she had great people helping her. <3 <3
We took our Labrottie puppy for the first time and she absolutely loved it. The staff was very helpful (I didn't get the guys name). We are new to the puppy parent life and the staff politely guided us through everything. The guy who clipped her nails was extremely gentle and informative. Our pup couldn't stop giving him kisses! We will definitely be back! �����

I have not ever had a bad experience and staff is very pleasant and friendly to my dog.
