It’s rare I walk into the bank, I typically go through the drive thru, but when I do go inside I’m always treated like Norm on Cheers, with a friendly hello Tad. I still don’t know how they remember my name every time. During the 2020 crisis I called Doug at the Windsor branch about obtaining a loan. He was EXTREMELY friendly, thorough and never left me wondering where we were in the process. He even made sure the loan went through at 11:00 pm on a Thursday night (he called first thing Friday morning). Just an absolute wonde... read more
