Went to this bank on December 23 to get 4-$50 for 2-$100. Tellers name was Carol, said she would be happy to help me. She asked for my account number and I told her I didn't have one. She said it is against their policy to help me. I didn't know it is a private bank. In asking others, they tell me it's not private. A community bank? In a day of customer service when that is about all anyone can offer, how does this fit in?
