I do not recommend the loan department. If you have any dings in your credit no matter how long it’s been they will basically tell you that you are untrustworthy and they fear you won’t pay it back. Worked my rear off for over 2 years, brought my credit up, haven’t missed any payment in over 2 years and they treat me like I’m worthless because of a number on a computer screen. They claim to be small town, understanding and able to help, they are just another big bank who cares more about credit reports then using real number... read more

Everyone is friendly and competent at their jobs. when someone tried to use my card in another state, they were right on top of it and called me at home and stopped the transaction. This is a good hometown bank. I love it.
