I’m from PA, the bank back home is always open Saturday mornings. Pretty much each location in PA is open on the weekend. I’m in Oswego for the weekend, and not a single bank in the area is open on this Saturday morning. Very disappointing.
Staff the place properly maybe. 20 minute wait for a deposit is ridiculous
Everyone is always friendly and helpful here. There was ONE time when I got someone who was less friendly than the others and I have only seen that person the one time. I also love their online banking system. I just wish they had Saturday hours, and a location going between Oswego and Mexico.
They did not apply my car payment correctly in October. Tried to penalize me for it until I informed them of their mistake while paying my November car payment. Again, they applied it incorrectly and I get a notice in the mail?? Do not do business with these people under any circumstances! This is absolutely insane, and I have never experienced such horrific disregard for someone's else's money in my life! Words cannot express how upset and stressed I am.
