Mismanagement as a skill.. – It is completely infuriating when you are forced through HOA contract to have to deal with such incompetent people. They are unresponsive to email and rude on the phone. My neighbors and I have nothing good to report on this company. The office managers have no process or standards. They do a wonderful job providing consistently bad service to home owners. Horrible Company to work with! – After moving into our new home this company was fast to take our homeowners assicoation dues for the next 5 months. They won't just charge you the quarter at closing but the rest of the year!! We were okay with this and closed on the home. We were told about the ammenities that came with our home in Lochaven. We didn't know that we were not entitled to them unless we call and make a trip to their office. They keeps these items(pool passes and fitness room keys) until you remember to call even... read more
