Gilma is wonderful and very rapidly addresses any issues within the community.
As Board President of Clarksburg Condo II, I'm sharing our association's experience with CAS Management so other boards can make an informed decision. In a single year, we went through five property managers. We were told this level of turnover was normal. In our experience it is not, and it pointed to serious problems in management. I'm new to the community and Randy was extremely prompt and very helpful in processing my account.
I have been on the board for years and Yanci Flores has done a great job for our community, gets things done in a timely manner.She is great at her job and I hope we keep her for a long time.
It is always easy to work with our team at CAS. Gilma is responsive and supports our community with anything we need. We also couldn't be happier with the leadership that we get from Guisela who is also part of our team. They make being a board member easier.
