If I could rate this organization lower than 1 star I would. This organization steals (unauthorized debits that have no backup documents) money from their clients and refuses to reimburse in a timely manner, if at all (still haven't received the refund). I was overcharged over $3,000 for water invoicing the last 2 months and their inept accounting department won't even return a phone call or email. The absolute worst in payment processing and customer service!!! We received a letter stating our HOA assessment fee was past due. We believe this claim to be false as the payment was made before the due date. A phone number was provided in the letter, but no one answers the phone and messages left are not returned. I emailed the Executive VP for CAS regarding the matter and received an Out of the Office reply and was advised to contact another person.
