If I could rate this organization lower than 1 star I would. This organization steals (unauthorized debits that have no backup documents) money from their clients and refuses to reimburse in a timely manner, if at all (still haven't received the refund). I was overcharged over $3,000 for water invoicing the last 2 months and their inept accounting department won't even return a phone call or email. The absolute worst in payment processing and customer service!!! We received a letter stating our HOA assessment fee was past due. We believe this claim to be false as the payment was made before the due date. A phone number was provided in the letter, but no one answers the phone and messages left are not returned. I emailed the Executive VP for CAS regarding the matter and received an Out of the Office reply and was advised to contact another person. I have lived in this home for seven years plus I have reported my neighbor for harassment and the HOA department has done Absolutely nothing to help but what I do know is when my neighbor reports me with false accusations HOA is able to send out city of Gaithersburg to my home and they’ve also have sent threatening letters about reporting me to the police department.
