CAS has managed our community for at least four years, to my knowledge. Patti, in particular, is professional and knowledgeable. She helps with residents' immediate problems, as well as Board future planning, project facilitation, and financial management.
They manage our community and are unprofessional, rude, fail to follow through, fail to appropriately manage vendors and ask me, as a resident, to perform their duties.
I have tried twice to get my sprinkler system on which is controlled by the hoa and no response. Very unprofessional.. 36058 overlook place the overlook
horrible customer service !! Ruby has a very snotty attitude and acts bothered anytime you try to contact them ..Ruby single handedly makes this a horrible experience do yourselves a favor replace her
