After enduring 30 years in Applecross, the last decade under CAS Inc’s mismanagement has been an absolute nightmare. This company is a cesspool of rudeness, unprofessionalism, and blatant disregard for their reputation. CAS is the property manager for Applecross Townhomes in Cary. I live in Applecross and am dismayed to see how the community appearance has deteriorated under CAS management. Trash cans are scattered everywhere, trash and junk on front porches and in front yards, recreational vehicles and trailers parked in violation of the rules-I could go on and on. I am ashamed to say that Applecross has become very shabby and dilapidated under CAS management.

The CEOs name is John Stone, the President is Jonathan Stone, the Vice President is Rebecca Stone. The Vice President of Operations is Lisa Cordialini and my community manager is Matthew Cordialini. I'm sure there was a rigorous and competitive recruiting process to bring these qualified candidates into the fold. I can flip a coin and predict whether I'll receive excellent customer service from Matthew or radio silence for days.

I cannot understand why cas has a 4.9 rating. I've lived here for over 16 years now, and have never put in any requests. I've had two dead shrubs in front of my front porch for a year now. I've put in many requests over this period of time with no satisfaction. All I'm getting is a run around. If I could, I give cas zero stars.
