If you are seeking a firm that follows the laws governing HOAs better look elsewhere. Over and over the CEO quotes law totally incorrect! They claim to keep in touch with members but I rarely get an answer to my email requests. They along with our board withheld ANY financial info for 3.5 months so members would not find out what was happening with our funds.
Hands down, CAMS is the worst HOA management company I have ever encountered. As both a resident in a community they manage and a real estate professional who interacts with various local HOA companies, my experiences with CAMS have been consistently disappointing and far below industry standards. DeLinda Dontje has been deeply disappointing. It’s disheartening to say that she consistently overlooks homeowner inquiries and complaints, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. What’s worse is her behavior towards us homeowners—it’s downright upsetting.
