The only “management” that gets done is reactive, never proactive. CAMP consistently demonstrates a lack of initiative, follow up, and quality customer service. Response times from individual portfolio managers are lackluster and often lack a substantive solution to the issue presented. Unresponsive and unprofessional
If I could give zero stars, I would. Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is the very definition of unprofessional and unresponsive. They are contracted to provide on-site management, financial oversight, and property maintenance—but fail at all of it. Phone calls? Never answered. Emails? Go into a black hole. Urgent issues? CAMP has been an excellent partner for our community. They keep the grounds, facilities, and finances of our community in great shape. Having researched HOA fees of similar communities and reviewed the books of ours, we receive good value for our assessments. In addition, CAMP went above and beyond to quickly respond to a time-sensitive inquiry our lender had during a refinance.
