This company is worse than useless. Our HOA board (unfortunately) uses CAM to manage our HOA. Our particular property manager, Pam Reid, has provided some of the worst, most unprofessional, and downright dishonest "service" I've ever received. She has refused (or strongly delayed) to provide information I'm entitled to per our bylaws and GA state law. These guys are the worst. When you call, the property manager is never available and the front desk lies. They are not transparent about fees and are not accredited by the BBB. They issue false citations and use lien claims as scare tactics. HOA fees are increased without advising the community, and board members are added without following proper rules. I have been receiving citations on my account for someone else’s home with the same street number as me. I called the office to let them know about this error and the two people I spoke with were very rude. The receptionist laughed and then put me on hold in the middle of me explaining this issue. The receptionist then transferred me to Rhonda who was also rude. Rhonda tried rushing me off the phone while I was telling her the issue. If I could give zero stars, I would. A pathetic excuse of a company. And the people who choose to work for this company are pathetic by default. The “rules/policy” are absolutely ridiculous. Tenants can’t even walk out the house without approval.
