It would be really great if they returned a phone call, which they don't. And they are holding onto my money which I want back.
It would be helpful if they return phone calls. Left a message for David and Joy on Monday. Five days later not a word.
This is the wrong company to contract with. They have ghost workers like S. Elliott that never pick calls, return calls or voicemails. I’m writing this review on my birthday, I took out time to call them again. I guess they saved my information and decided never to pick my calls. I spoke with a customer Representative previous week that hung the phone up on me as he was being rude and didn’t understand English. All in effort to make my HOA fees while they are trying to charge me with late fees. I will save this review.
I've been working withthese folks forever. They are amazing professional and on point.
