Most dishonest company I have worked with. I mailed our check in for our dues in January as I have done for every year. They lost the check and then Did not notify us for 10 months. They then went on to add late fees for all those months. When I got the notification, I called them. I was told to write a letter explaining why I didn’t believe I should have to pay their late fees. They replied with $150 collection fee notice.
