Stacy Knispel is an amazing asset and such a huge assistant in maintaining the quality of life at the Peninsula on Lake Austin, and especially upkeep of our facilities.
Our HOA switched to Community Association Management (CAM) and have been very happy with our choice. Our property manager, Stacy, is very attentive and thorough. She has been invaluable to our board in managing the day to day challenges of managing a community. Her colleagues have also been great about our financial reporting, and fee collections. We're so happy we found CAM!
Our property The Peninsula on Lake Austin has been managed by CAM for a number of years and has been very well taken care of. Stacy Knispel has been fantastic to work with. She is so prompt and thorough in all she does and with everything that is asked of her. She is a tremendous asset for CAM and for our community!
Stacy has been an outstanding resource for our HOA with quick and helpful responses to all our questions and issues. I highly recommend her to any development that needs to improve their relationship with their HOA management company.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Lisa at CAM. She was so nice and very helpful. We needed help to get a replacement trash can, as ours was broken at the last trash pickup. She got back with me right away and gave me a timeline. Excellent customer service seems to be a rarity these days, so when I experience it, I have to let them know they are appreciated. So, Lisa, you are awesome, and I just want to make sure you know I am grateful for the excellent customer service you provided.
