So unprofessional, they breached my private and confidential information. I will not recommend working with them.
Definitely don’t rely on these people. They do not help and do not solve problems. As a resident in a community that is managed by this org, I am constantly having to ask for assistance on basic things and there is no urgency to help. They’ve been unable to resolve our fire suppression system issue for over a YEAR now, and I am subjected to constant fire alarms and disruption in my home which is supposed to be somewhere you can get peace and relax. Totally useless.
Another horrible property management company that has been harassing an elderly lady over trash left in the public street by a passerby. This company takes no real care of properties as they did absolutely nothing when branches were falling in the winter. There are lot of desperate PM companies that are willing to fine it’s own stake holders over untrue infractions, but hey are so incompetent they prove themselves wrong when they take photos of infractions and still feel entitled enough to attack anyone they can try and poin... read more
So unhelpful - they answer email questions with the same copy/paste canned answers each time.
Update- Joe Gimenez was voted off the board then CAM quit. Re Joe Gimenez, Joe is a very dear friend of the Bakers. I am surprised he didnt come along sooner to their defense (see the snip I attached from CAMs website, Its Joe on their website). If you need more info on Jack Baker and CAM see their yelp reviews, not one review (out of many) thinks you should hire CAM.
