When our pet needs a good cleaning, we take them to the groomer. We expect that they treat our pet with the same love and care that we do. We do not expect that they would treat our pet with neglect and be irresponsible with the care of our pet. Yet, when a friend of mine's dog was entrusted to this Inn and Spa, exactly that happened.
