Just had a very disappointing experience with one of their transport crews, who were rude and outright aggressive with our staff. Multiple witnesses all confirmed the interaction and after calling to speak to their “supervisor” about our concerns, I can see where they get their lack of customer service skills. Not a lot of options without AMR running non-emergent transports in the area anymore, but just about anyone else would be a big improvement over this company.
