I just started doing therapy yesterday at CAPE Mental Health. I have a history of mild anxiety, according to my doctor. I was also struggling with my mental health during my first year of semester. I get anxious whenever I'm in school, taking a test, or seeing people I do not want to be near generally. What got me through my anxiety is receiving counseling to get the help I need.
