CNY Patients: Parking here is impossible. Parking guards everywhere that will tell you to leave. Parallel parking most likely not available. Its a mess. I know a trick. Go one block past to 22nd street and park in the daycare parking lot on the right. Walk through the parking deck (that you are also not allowed to park in). The service staff are nice and polite. I have been trying to get a rx filled here because it is close to where I am staying, Im not from the area. I have tried on 3 seperate occasions to call. Two times I gave up after waiting 30-35 miinutes. The thrid time I waited 45 minutes before I hung up. I have requested the rx on line (as suggested on their outgoing voicemail) still no reply. I am going to have to Uber to their location to try and talk to someone in person. Poorly run business.
The pharmacist and other staff at this pharmacy are phenomenal for someone with varied and complicated medical diagnoses. They are quick, accurate, clear and communicative, caring, friendly, and help with reaching out to doctors and insurers when necessary.
