These guys are the best - I’ve been having issues getting a replacement for a manufacturing error and they’ve been empathetic and proactive in communication and pushing the issue to resolution. They go above and beyond in taking care of patients.
Avoid this specialty pharmacy like the plague. My eye doctor sent in a prescription for drops and told me I would receive a phone call from the pharmacy to let me know when it is ready to pick up. Two weeks later I had heard nothing so I called in myself to check the status.
