This company helped me save some big money. I gave them a shot when a friend said to try them as I have been increasingly feeling that HR Block isn't in my corner anymore. I was pleasantly surprised when a refund was in order versus me having to pay Uncle Sam. Thank you Community Tax !!

Miss money 1000 that refunded to me is missing. I was overcharged 1w2 cost 500 to do my simple 1040ez and they missed my sitimulist credit .

The staff highly defensive with questionable ethics last year and this year. Last year the preparer received a portion of my refund without my knowledge and altered my taxes without my concent and did not include a breakdown of fees then railroaded me out of the office. Yes, it can be done. They also did not file my State Tax for almost two months. I am filing a Form14157 and Form 14157-A with The Department of Treasury IRS.
